Core 5 Flag Football Terms and Conditions

1. General Terms
1.1 These Terms and Conditions govern participation in Core 5 Flag Football leagues, tournaments, and events. By registering for or participating in Core 5 activities, participants agree to these terms.
1.2 Core 5 Flag Football is a youth sport organization dedicated to promoting sportsmanship, fitness, and community engagement.
2. Eligibility and Registration
2.1 All participants must complete registration and sign a waiver of liability before participating.
2.2 Participants under 18 years of age must have a parent or legal guardian sign the waiver on their behalf.
2.3 Teams must adhere to roster limits and provide accurate player information. Any misrepresentation may result in disqualification.
3. Code of Conduct
3.1 All participants, coaches, and spectators are expected to act with respect, integrity, and sportsmanship. Abusive language, physical altercations, or unsportsmanlike conduct will not be tolerated.
3.2 Core 5 reserves the right to remove individuals or teams for violations of the Code of Conduct. No refunds will be issued for such removals.
4. Game Rules
4.1 All games will be played under Core 5 Flag Football rules. These rules will be made available on www.core5ff.com.
4.2 Decisions made by referees during games are final and must be respected by all participants and spectators. Any concerns presented during any event can be respectfully addressed with management and league organizers.
5. Safety and Liability
5.1 Participants acknowledge that flag football involves inherent risks, including the potential for injury. Core 5 Flag Football is not liable for injuries sustained during participation.
5.2 Participants must wear appropriate attire and equipment as specified in the rules.
5.3 Core 5 reserves the right to cancel or reschedule games due to weather or safety concerns.
6. Fees and Refund Policy
6.1 Registration fees are non-refundable unless Core 5 cancels the league or event.
6.2 Refund requests due to exceptional circumstances will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
7. Media Release
7.1 By participating, participants grant Core 5 Flag Football permission to use photographs, videos, or other media taken during events for promotional purposes.
7.2 Participants may opt out of media use by providing a written request before the start of the season or event.
8. Privacy Policy
8.1 Core 5 collects and stores personal information solely for registration, communication, and operational purposes.
8.2 Core 5 will not share personal information with third parties without consent.
9. Amendments
9.1 Core 5 reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of significant changes via email or the official website.
10. Dispute Resolution
10.1 Any disputes arising from participation in Core 5 events will be addressed through mediation.
10.2 Core 5’s decisions regarding disputes are final.
11. Falsifying Information Policy
11.1 If you are caught falsifying information on this registration, your child/ward will be removed from this program with absolutely no refunds or credit being provided. Teams are formed by AGE APPROPRIATENESS. The integrity of this league depends on the truthfulness of this information. Therefore, Core 5 Flag football reserves the right to request and you agree to provide proof of age. Failure to provide requested proof of age, may also result in your child/ward’s removal from this program with no refund in the sole discretion of Core 5 Flag Football. This Falsifying Information Policy will be applied consistent with the Core 5 Flag Football Refund Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.

I, FOR MYSELF, MY SPOUSE, AND CHILD/WARD, HAVE READ THIS TERMS AND CONDITION FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS TERMS, I, FOR MYSELF, MY SPOUSE, AND CHILD/WARD AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THIS TERMS AND CONDITIONS, CORE 5 FLAG FOOTBALL LEAGUE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, AND CORE 5 FLAG FOOTBALL REFUND POLICY WHEN IN THE FUTURE I CLICK ON AN “I AGREE,” “I CONSENT,” OR OTHER SIMILARLY WORDED “BUTTON” OR ENTRY FIELD WITH MY MOUSE, KEYSTROKE, OR OTHER COMPUTER DEVICE, YOUR AGREEMENT OR CONSENT OR WAIVER WILL BE LEGALLY BINDING AND ENFORCEABLE AND THE LEGAL EQUIVALENT OF YOUR HANDWRITTEN SIGNATURE.
